This beautiful expanded newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled on manicured landscaped property. Enjoy the boxwood garden & have a relaxing time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit & enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi (open year-round) while listening to the calming sounds of nature. This property has an oversized back yard with plenty of space for kids and dogs to enjoy. The location makes your stay easy and convenient to navigate the east end.



The Space:

Very private home perfect for families or group of friends. Master bedroom located on the first floor. Other three rooms are located on the second floor. Jacuzzi is an optional add-on located in the back deck.

- Pets are allowed for a Fee per pet - per stay. Max 1 pet. If you have more than 1 pet, please let us know in advance. It is subject to previous approval.

- No smoking.

- No parties or events. Must comply with town noise ordinances.

- Unauthorized Events or Parties: We strictly prohibit unauthorized parties, gatherings, or events of any kind. If an unapproved event is detected at the property, we will immediately contact Airbnb support, terminate the rental agreement without a refund, and involve local law enforcement. All events must be requested in advance, pre-approved by the host, and subject to an applicable event fee.



Guest Access:

Free parking available for guests. Parking on the street is not allowed due to East Hampton Town and Code Enforcement regulations.

Tucked in a peaceful corner of East Hampton, this elegant retreat offers effortless proximity to both the bay and ocean. Guests can reach serene bay beaches in just 3 to 5 minutes, or enjoy the Atlantic’s crashing waves with a short 15 minute drive to beautiful oceanfront sands.



Perfect for morning strolls or mid-day bites, a beloved local deli is just a minute away. For those traveling with four-legged companions, a well-kept dog park is just 5 minutes from the home, offering open space and fresh air for all.



Enjoy the ease of connection with the East Hampton Long Island Rail Road station just 10 minutes away, and explore the charm of East Hampton Village and neighboring Amagansett, both within a 10-minute drive. - We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
