Stairwell B smells like urine. Other than that it was a nice stay

Clean rooms, friendly staff at a fair price. Definitely would stay here again!

The room service, I think, is perfect. It does help the environment by doing less laundry. Also saves money which can be passed to the customer

The room was nice, beds were comfy. The floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty in all the corners and there were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The Coffee room in the lobby had many things in it this trip it just needed some regular green tea bags and real milk in there. Maybe keep some whole milk in the fridge for people to grab and use. We never use coffee mate, creamer or powders. Overall our stay was good. Much better than the last time we stayed there when our room smelled of urine. We assumed it was because this hotel allows pets so it's possible the people who stayed in the room prior to us had a pet. As long as they can accommodate our needs, we would have no issues going back again.

Wonderful place to stay, very clean rooms and the staff is very pleasant to chat with as well. Will be staying here again when traveling,
