« The staff were very friendly and personable. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh upon entry. The only issue we encountered was the elevator went out on the second day of our stay. We were on the 4th floor and had to march up the stairs with little kids a few times a day. It was an inconvenience, but it wasn’t the worst thing for us. If one of us was unable to climb stairs, I would have requested to move to another floor and I am sure they would have done what they could to accommodate us. On...
