The included bikes were great! Shower with rain shower head and regular. Front desk staff was super friendly too! Would stay again!

A beautifully restored property, Ronald and Margreet were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed their home and the wonderful breakfast each morning. We rented bikes for the afternoon to ride to Zaanse Schans which was lovely and we were walking distance to a few restaurants for dinner. We enjoyed our evenings in the garden with a glass of wine. The room was very thoughtfully equipped with a few dishes and cutlery as well as a mini fridge. It got quite warm during the day as we were there...

Modern and comfortable with fabulous breakfasts and supper. The room was spacious and the beds so, so perfect! Though it’s not in central Amsterdam, it’s 2 tram stops from Centraal station. We’d stay there again!

We were very impressed with the hotel and would return on another trip. The location is perfect. An easy walk from the Central train station and is in the centre of Amsterdam city area. Staff were excellent, the on site part is award winning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One note: If you have anything to speak with the hotel about before your stay, please contact them directly and not through Expedia. We were arriving early in the morning, so booked a room for the prior night. I...

This is the most unique hotel that I have ever stayed in! It was quirky and attractive because of the stacked houses style. It was beautiful inside out. The facilities are superb and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Just steps away from the hotel entrance are restaurants, groceries and shopping areas, so we had a hassle free stay. I would definitely love to come back here.

Amazing hotel in a quiet area very cozy and nice room

Lovely hotel with lots of charm. Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Free parking close by.

Exceptional in every way. Perfect location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, nice quiet room. Will stay again for sure.

It’s a very pretty hotel

First impression was not good as the girl that checked us in was grumpy and rude. All of the other desk staff were lovely after that. Initial impression of the room was not overwhelming. The bathroom floor had not been mopped, had to call for towels and toilet paper, were given 3 Kleenex in the box, shampoo was not enough for one person….. and the decor looks much older then the age of the hotel BUT the bed was super comfy so we had a good rest, the hotel was quiet, shower was great and the...

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’endroit !

Really great place to stay, I really liked the place, room is as described! Really close to Zaan Schans and Zaandam and easily accessible to Amsterdam! Highly recommended if you want to stay a bit further from Amsterdam!

Although we enjoyed the great hotel amenities and it's cleanliness the taxi service from Schipol Airport that said ' fair rates' charged 150E from Schipol Airport by driving in a zig zag to get there. Take the Bus that is in front of the Hotel with cheap daily rates - buy day tickets from the bus as it's cheaper than the hotel. It goes direct to Central Station where all tours and the Historical Center of Amsterdam are. A short walk from hotel takes you to 2 historical towns that are so...

Everything was so perfect.

Conveniently located next to the Zaandam train station, this is a good choice for those who want to get a lot for their money in and around Amsterdam. Centraal Station is only 13 minutes away with regular train service (5-6 Euros). (Don't rent a car to get to A'dam!) There is a fridge in the room, which means that you can stock up on supplies at the nearby Deen store. I rented an e-bike from the hotel, which was a great way to explore the surrounding countryside all the way to the dunes. The...
