Our 500 SF studio condo (Unit 526) is located on the 5th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible. The views of the Needles mountain range from the private balcony are amazing. There is also a wood-burning fireplace (firewood is provided) as well as free high-speed wireless internet and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans etc., dishwasher and a washer/dryer are located in the unit. Bed Configuration Queen bed (not a Murphy Bed) Double pull out sofa (more then 1 adult is not recommended for the pull out sofa). There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lot. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) on the ground floor. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. The bed was comfy and water pressure was awesome and hot (especially nice after a day skiing!). The location is fantastic! Ski lifts are right outside, and Purgatory Village with food and shops is within a few minutes walk. The host was very responsive when I had a few questions and when I requested an extra blanket.
