The host was very welcoming and attentive to any of our needs. The location is perfect with beautiful morning views off the front balcony. Nature abounds all around this wonderful abode. The home itself was very clean and had many amenities from cleaning supplies, everything you might need in a kitchen, plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies, and even a few snacks. We truley wanted for nothing. Would gladly stay again.

Just got home from a world wind tour of Colorado and still can’t stop talking about our trip to Durango. We really enjoyed our three-night stay in this home. The house is immaculate and fully functional. Absolutely perfect for our needs. We walked in the door and just kept on living our best life. We were able to enjoy the town of Durango and the surrounding areas. The home is cozy and perfectly set up and ready to go. Can’t say enough good things about the host, Jamie. If you need anything, just send Jamie a message and you’ll have an answer within minutes. We really appreciate your attention to details making our stay perfect. Thank you.

The house was very modern and pleasant. My family enjoyed the location, amenities and it was very clean. Great location within walking distance to the river walking trail, a brewery, a coffee shop and other eateries. Lots of space for the whole family and our pets with a great living room and dinning room with fantastic views. Lots of games, books and entertainment! The well equipped kitchen made a great environment to cook in. The bedrooms were a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs! There was a lot of wildlife to watch from the front balcony, it became a favorite activity!Communication with the owner was concise and kind. Overall the stay was fantastic and we would definitely be back soon!
