  • This cozy cottage is just minutes from downtown Durango as well as two miles from Lake Nighthorse which is a lovely large recreational lake. The well appointed layout of this newly remodel space has a large downstairs bedroom, a gabled upstairs area that can accommodate an extra guest or can be used as an office. The kitchen opens up into a spacious dining area as well as a living room with a large screen TV and a sleeper sofa, that sleeps 2. The full bath includes a full bath and show, and a combination washer/dryer unit, prefect for small loads, while traveling.
