Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed interior with cozy-yet-modern furnishings, multiple living spaces, a full gourmet kitchen, and all the comforts of home — from Smart TVs and a ping-pong table to a gas fireplace and work-friendly spaces. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. Jan 1, 2026 #### Fabulous in every way My husband I spent 5 months at Shadow's retreat after a flood at our house in San Francisco, while our house was being repaired. Our time here was the silver lining of an otherwise difficult experience. The house is a new, gorgeous, immaculate, quiet, luxurious retreat. Everything about it has been thoughtfully designed for both confort and function. The shower/steam room and tub in the master bathroom are exquisite. The heating and lighting systems are infinitely adjustable and easy to use. And so much more: the big beautiful deck, a functional office space (which I used often because I was working while there), great internet, a big garage...The heart of the town of Durango is just 15 minutes away.
