The building is situated in Ravensbourne on the main road, 5 minutes drive to central Dunedin and walking distance to the stadium. Make use of the cycle and walking trail that runs in front of the building.
There is potential for noise with road and rail links located between the building and the Harbour although the building is double glazed and sound insulated.
The apartment has 2 full sized bedrooms with queen beds, a small bedroom connected to the master bedroom and bathroom with a single bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.
A beautiful kitchen and living room awaits you that overlooks the stunning Dunedin harbor. This large apartment of 100 square meters has been refurbished by skilled trades to exacting standards and is situated within the iconic Tiger Tea building.

AMAZING !! 100% recommend
Absolutely love this apartment - so warm and stylish. Beds were super comfy and facilities were pretty much perfect. I would recommend investing in some bikes so that visitors could cycle the awesome bike track in the future. We really LOVED this and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful property to stay
We all enjoyed our stay. From arrival where the heat pump and radio were on to welcome us and giving it a homely feel. To the electric blankets being on. My spouse, granddaughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed out seventeen day stay at the Tiger Tea Apartment in Ravensbourne. The two bed apartment is roomy, very comfortable, and in an excellent location with beautiful views of the Dunedin harbor.
We found it to be an incredibly relaxing place. We really miss sitting in front the fire in the dark cool early mornings watching as the first light begins to glimmer on the water. Just a wonderful to start a cool damp Otago morning.
The apartment, especially the kitchen, is filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The street fronting the building can be a bit busy with daily traffic between Port Chalmers and Dunedin, but the double pane windows kept the apartment quiet.
The owner is an easy gentlemen to deal with. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
The apartment is exactly as listed. A wonderful, easy, roomy, and comfortable place with soothing views. Cant imagine you will find many better accommodation value in the Dunedin area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we have the good fortune to visit the area again we plan on staying at the Tiger Tea Apartment.

Loved the extra touches like the lolly jar and the assortment of teas. Was lovely and warm and the electric blanket had been turned on before you arrived. The welcoming note on arrival with some walks and dining suggestions was also lovely.
