The staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and other sights to see in Glasgow. The hotel was modern and clean, providing a lot of amenities. The location is also great, a short distance from the city center but still in a quieter, more open area.

This building is VERY tired. The unit itself was a bit better than the public areas but neither were particularly clean. It’s quite noisy and pillows were the very worst I’ve ever used. This made for less than optimal sleeping conditions despite a fairly comfortable bed. On the high side, the reception staff were quite helpful and very responsive to requests.

Awful , noisy put into a terrible room despite paying normal price had to listen to couple next door from check in until 5am despite being told they would be given warnings they weren’t room was awful worse than being at my own home asked for a refund so I could go home and was refused
