Jul 14, 2024 #### Bait and Switch Property I don’t like that this property was advertised as having a hot tub, and then a couple days before we are supposed to check in, they tell us the hot tub doesn’t work and is “irreplaceable”. If the hot tub is irreplaceable, then you shouldn’t put it as an amenity, let alone in the title. Also we didn’t know the master shower wasn’t working until after we booked. Why don’t you say all of this upfront? Regarding the game room, there’s only fooseball and darts which is OK, but the darts don’t work properly. The fence is nonexistant, lots of ways for you pet to get out. Also the destription of the rules was very unclear when booking. My husband and I wanted to have our two older boys and their family over for dinner and we were told we could only have a total of 6 people at the house at any given time (that included me, my husband and our two younger children). When I inquired about having our two older children and their wives and children I was told absolutely no and that if I did we could asked to leave the property. So if you have more than 6 people in your immediate family I guess you will have to tell someone they can come or they will have to stay outside. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! We really enjoyed the game room, and every part of the house just felt homey and warm. The neighborhood is beautiful and in really great location and so close to town. May 5, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### The house is in a great location Beautiful neighborhood surrounds this home. They let us bring the dog and the grass is lovely. There is a walking path close by and a trial to a creek, too. Be prepared to hear your guests though at bedtime due to the hollow doors and lack of insulation throughout the old home. The bathroom that is supposed to work for 4 guests has no hooks, towel rack, shelving etc so you have to transport toiletries in and out. Overall, it would be better for a single family versus 2 sets of adults. Our trip was about wine and the central location makes it perfect for that. ##### Lynne K.
