The overall view of the property was that it was a lovely home from home. It was clean , warm and comfortable. It was our first time staying in Broughty Ferry and we loved it. This was great location - had to walk slightly to get to the dog friendly portion of the beach and slightly further for us to travel to get to relatives however the property is immaculate and very comfortable and plenty of shops and restaurants/pubs (not to miss out I’ve cream shop) within a few minutes. Lovely call from the agents before we arrived to check we had all the information we needed and plenty of useful info provided through the welcome pack.
