  • Welcome to the Maple Bay Carriage House, a brand new loft style bachelor suite, equipped with premium amenities and high end finishes.

    We are within walking distance to Maple Bay Marina, Seaplane dock and Maple Bay Yacht Club. We’re minutes from Bird’s Eye Cove Farm, public beaches, hiking and mountain biking trails, kayak rentals, pubs and so much more.

We had a great stay. Was the perfect spot to use as a base camp while competing at a dance competition in Duncan. Very clean, great space, quiet, and everything we needed for the weekend. Would stay again!!

Flawless property, exactly as advertised. Comfortable and well equipped. Short walk down to the marina for either a barista coffee or a welcome pint at the Shipyard pub. Stoney Hill Regional Park close by for fantastic views. Overall excellent 👍

Great quiet location

This was a beautiful studio with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen seemed all new. It was in a beautiful location and we were able to just bike to the wonderful mountain biking trails.

Perfect Getaway!

This space is so well appointed we immediately felt at home and had such a relaxing stay. It is located walking distance to trails and a small marina and a short driving distance to shopping and amenities. Highly recommended!

Peaceful Retreat

Highly recommend

Our stay here was incredible! We stayed here for 4 nights during the weekend of our wedding after travelling from NWT and it was absolutely perfect! I used it the morning of our wedding to get ready in and it’s a beautiful location! Danielle & Oliver had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for such a great spot! Also the bed is sooo comfortable, it was the best sleep ever!

The property was absolutely fantastic...as clean as clean could get, comfy bed and furniture, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, even awesome coffee provided! The host, Danielle, was very personable and takes a lot of pride in what she offers. We would stay here again without hesitation, and we would definitely recommend. The only 'drawback' is that it's a bit of a drive to Victoria (1 hour), but if you don't mind the drive, then this is the place to stay!

Terrific stay

Our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay here! We felt very comfortable and had all the amenities one would need for a home away from home. There were thoughtful extras like beach towels, Tupperware, and ice pack that we definitely utilized! The hosts were very professional and prompt with communication. We love the island and hope to return soon! Thank you Danielle for having us!

Nice spot by the marina

We walked across the street to one of Maple Bay’s beautiful serine beaches. Oysters and shells (not edible), and slate rocks to sit on to take in the view. The main bed was comfortable the sofa bed was soft so maybe for kids or one adult. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you need to cook simple meals. Overall, we will come back to this lovely little place.

This space is attached to a bigger house but with separate entrance. The space seems very new, extremely clean. The host was very accessible through messages. The location is a bit far from the main highway, but very calm and beautiful locality.
