Come visit downtown Duncan, Oklahoma!  
  
Our old building with modern vibes is sure to please. Cold air and warm heat new in 2024\. Washer and dryer located in shared laundry room. King size bed in large bedroom and a small futon in living room for kids or extra guest.  
  
We also have a full gym downstairs to use while you’re here.
