If you want to celebrate with your family and friends for marriages, birthday parties, family get togethers etc, then this is the place for you and we will be delighted to welcome you.
If you want to have a rave or play load music after midnight and upset my neighbours this is Not the place for you .

The maximum capacity is 53 people in beds, the price is for up to 53 people.

8 gites from 72 to 120 m² with 2 to 4 bedrooms and a common leisure area

Composition: Gites spread over 2 sectors, for a total of 25 bedrooms, 11 shower rooms, 11 toilets. Each gite has a living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
Large tables can be put in the Hercules (up to 33 people at the table) and Verseau (up to 24 people at the table) gites. In summer, tables in sufficient quantity allow everyone to eat together outside.

Enclosed by a closed courtyard, are these first 5 cottages and in their extension, the common leisure area.

The Sagittarius, Gemini and Aquarius cottages are in a courtyard across the street from the common leisure area.

As owners, we live on site in our lovingly restored French manor house and will be on hand for any help and advice

We have a fantastic heated, fully tiled, safety fenced swimming pool (12 x 8 mtrs) – which has a separate ‘splash’ pool (6 x 5 mtrs) for young ones. A half acre garden contains children’s swings , a play fort, badminton & lawn tennis, a football net, a very large safety netted trampoline,and there is also a games room with table tennis and pool & table football. We have lots of bikes including child seats & safety helmets.

In short we have everything you need for the perfect holiday. Then, of course, for the more adventurous, there is all that Charente-Maritime has to offer as well!

To travel to these gite holidays in France:

By Air: Low cost flights to La Rochelle, Limoges, Poitiers and Bordeaux.

By Rail: The Tgv stops at Niort or Surgeres. Car hire is available at both locations. (Europcar)

By Sea: The channel ports St Malo in three and a half hours, Caen and Le Havre in five hours and Cherbourg in about five and a half hours. All these ports operate overnight ferries where you can take a cabin, have a meal and watch a film, enjoy live music and even cabaret acts. For those coming by Eurostar, Calais is 7 hours away.

This is a gite complex. There are a total of 8 gites. Each gite has its own private space. There is a large 7 x 12 meter swimming pool and separate children's splash pool and large park garden area.

During high season our complex is very much suited to families. Our pool and park gardens the perfect location for children and families to meet up and . Out side high season our complex is a beautiful rural retreat perfect for couples looking for a weekend/week get away.
