It was obvious that there was an attempt to cover up some type of odor. There were stains on the 2nd floor carpet, so we assumed it was the pet odor. We were able to deal with the issue. The garbage disposal did not work, but we didn't need it, so we never contacted the owner about it. ##### Julie B. Check in process and communication was fast and easy. The townhouse is in an older, historic section of the city which means we could walk to cafes, restaurants, and museums.
