Dear Hon Hei, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Apartments Nikola. We were naturally extremely sorry to read your feedback and to learn that you left the apartment with such disappointment. Dubrovnik is a city without hot water pipelines. All apartments and the private houses have boilers for hot water just as it was in your apartment (about 80 liters). When there is a family of four members in the apartment as it was in your case, the boiler is not sufficient for simultaneous showering all of the members, especially if the apartment has two bathrooms as you had. To provide more hot water, all boilers are connected to a common circuit, including two solar water heaters (200 liters each) on the roof of the house. When all the guests come back from the beach and want to shower at the same time they will surely run out of hot water, but as I mentioned to you, it is only 20 to 30 minutes to heat the water. In addition, you have seen that the pressure of the shower heads are extremely strong and one of the options is to reduce the pressure to 3-4 instead of 6-7 bar. The next problem is the boiler switches that guests often turn off before the shower and forget to switch on again, what was in your case too. In addition, you said to me that there was no hot water for the youngest daughter once and for the second time for the father while the rest of the family members had hot waters.
