This property was great! I had an awesome time in Dubrovnik. The property is above a restaurant and the restaurant are happy to check you in and out which was very helpful. I would stay here again!

Magical Dubrovnik
We stayed at The Lejletul for 4 days and couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was helpful, friendly and generous. We had the 1 bedroom apt. which has a great shower and even greater AC! The apt. was very comfortable and cozy. Just don't expect to sleep in without earplugs. The day starts early with an elementary school across the alley. The restaurant associated with this site is one of the best. The Taj Mahal serves authentic Bosnian cuisine. We ate there 3x in 4 days, we loved it. Reservations are definitely recommended. To the staff at Taj Mahal and Lejletul many thanks for being part of our wonderful holiday in Dubrovnik.

No parking and no curtains in a great location
No car parking as advertised. You have to find a car park yourself and pay for it. Felt it was disingenuous to advertise parking was available. 10% off the lovely restaurant below and no one came to collect our bags. Location in old town is excellent and the rooms are modern and clean. Why on this planet they avoided putting curtains up so the sunlight wakes you up T 6am is beyond me. I’d say advertise correctly and put some black out curtains up and you’ll be great.

The room was part of the Taj Mahal restaurant which serves authentic Bosnian food. Nick (the manager we think) met us when we arrived (later than we should have) and took us to our room. It was just off a room of the restaurant. It was large with a separate toilet, separate shower and an additional large sink. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was very good. Nick then invited us to have a free dinner (with wine), it was really good and very kind of him. The hotel/restaurant is down one of the tiny lanes just off the Main Street. Although the restaurant was very busy most customers had left by 23.00/23.30 at night so no problem with sleeping. The staff were all so friendly that we felt a part of the family. Amazing stay, thank you all.

great location in the old town area, spacious room
perfect location yet we had difficulty finding the flat on the first day, the room was all good, spacious n clean but the only thing was the room was located inside a restaurant, it can be noisy at night, and weird to walked into our room with ppl having their meals n looking at you. other than that all was good.

Excellent location, cozy apartment, amazing staff. Comfortable for Max 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen. The only downside was the noise in the evenings (the apartment is located inside the Taj Mahal restaurant, it gets a little noisy due to the chatter at dinner, but the noise only lasts until midnight.) overall we recommend this place if you are staying in Dubrovnik for a few nights.

Nice accommodation in the middle of the old town. We were also treated with a complimentary dinner at the Resturant and offered 10% discount for any other meal. The restaurant is quiet nice. Over good stay.

Lovely rooms in the heart of the old town
Great location in the heart of the old town. The rooms are above the restaurant, very clean and modern. It can get a little noisy outside at night due to restaurants and mousy early morning as it’s opposite a school - but close the windows and turn on the air con and you’ll be fine! Great price for the location

Loved it !
Love love love this place! Excellent location within the walls of Old Town Dubrovnik, walking distance to all of the sights. Very cool apartment with all of the amenities you would need, and the restaurant that is attached to the hotel (Taj Mahal Bosnian Cuisine) is GREAT. Best meal we had in Croatia. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic
I stayed 5 nights. Fantastic room. Speedy WiFi. I did not know this hotel is on top of the Taj Mahal restaurant. Plus , 10%discount on your meal if you stay at the apartments above the restaurant. Reservation strongly advised as this place books fast and is super delicious. The smell from the restaurant does permeate up to the apartments above, but the smell is delicious.

Eat + Sleep in the BEST Places in Old Town!
Don't miss this place! Apartments & Rooms Lejletul is an absolute gem in the heart of Old Town. The inn is located above Taj Mahal restaurant and perfectly located close to everything you want in Old Town. The SERVICE was impeccable. Our room was super clean and modern and had a wonderful view of the city. The restaurant is sublime. We ate there 3/4 meals in Dubrovnik. The pizzeria next door is also excellent.

Hotel was a little hard to find but very central location. I tried to call the hotel but the line was constantly busy. Wasn't really sure who the staff were as we were checked in by the restaurant staff at the Taj Mahal which seems to be affiliated. We were on the top floor with very steep stairs which were not lit at night - quite dangerous. We had the studio suite which was very nice, comfortable, well-equipped and clean.

Lovely apartment in the old town
This was a great little apartment in the centre of the Dubrovnik old town. The apartment was nice, modern and very clean. It had everything we needed (one of the good facilities was a good, strong shower in a wet room). The only thing to note about this apartment is that, similar to many apartments in the old town, it is above a restaurant so if you’re an early bedder you might struggle with the noise (the restaurant did close at 11pm and all was generally quite no later than this).

Amazing spot in the heart of old town!
This place was awesome! Cute studio in the heart of old town. We were picked up at the ferry and then shown to our lovely apartment. It was so great! It’s above a delicious restaurant where we got 10% discount on the food! Seriously such a great experience we would definitely recommend and also stay again!!!!

Clean and comfortable room to suit all your needs. Located in Old Town, close to many historical sites and attractions. Relationship to Taj Mahal restaurant made easy access to great food. Taj Mahal does not mean Indian Food for you microaggression types, it is Croatian and delicious. The staff were immensely helpful and provide all the logistical support needed in visiting Dubrovnik. We are coming back soon, with family, and we will stay here, such an easy choice!

The picture don't do this place justice. Lovely contemporary apartments in a historic old town building. Taj Mahal (confusingly) Bosnian restaurant did some lovely lunch for us after arrival. The team couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The only thing I'd mark Dubrovnik rather than the venue down on the cacophony of church bells from 6am on a Sunday morning.

Great Location
The location was in the heart of Old Town. The actual apartments were a bit strange, as there was a dining area literally right outside of our door (meaning, you cannot go to bed before 10:30/11). When we walked into our room at 10pm, we asked if people had just sat down to eat, and the waiter said yes then shrugged his shoulders like we were SOL. There is also a school right outside the building so that got quite noisy in the morning. The apartment itself was nice, although a bit awkwardly set up and not a lot of storage space.

Fabulous seviced studio apartment in the Old Town
The location is great. The studio apartment is wonderful, modern, roomy, great facilities etc. The restaurant, Taj Mahal, on the street is delicious and they run the apartments.

Amazing location
Very cool very old building with exposed brick on the walls inside the room. The location couldn't be better as it is inside the walls and literally a few steps to the main central street. Air conditioning worked surprisingly well. No housekeeping services were offered. Bed was never made and no cleaning of the room during the stay. Two floors walk up. No one working the front desk, ever. When we arrived we had to call the # of the contact person and wait for them to meet as at the hotel to be let in. Contact person insisted we pay in cash for the entire 3 night stay, despite no mention of this in the ad. In the reservation it says to pay in the local currency but nothing about paying in cash. Received many emails and phone calls asking for payment during our stay. Very annoying. We had to run around trying to get cash because the lady absolutely refused to take a credit card. Would like to recommend this place due to the location and the AC, but the insistence upon paying in cash and lack of service makes it impossible.

Nice room in the middle of the old city.
Great place in the middle of the old city. Only potential problem is that there is no front desk so if you have questions about the city or tours or anything else you are on your own. The staff were friendly, but they can be hard to find. Best AC of any hotel we tried during the recent heat wave

I was on holiday with my three collage age granddaughters. We all loved staying at the Lejletul Apts. The apartments are located within 10 minutes inside Pile Gate. Upon arrival we had to wait for apartment a short while so the gentleman running their restaurant served us drinks. When it was ready, he carried all of our luggage up to our rooms which were on the third level. Also as guests you receive a discount on restaurant check. The air-conditioner works great. There is no restaurant odors coming into the apartment.

We enjoyed three days at the apartment. Plenty of room , good bed, fridge kitchen facilities, fantastic shower. Staff were excellent. We arrived late and were immediately given a complimentary drink and when we left a bottle of orange liquor. The location was great as there were no steps to get to it unlike many other lodgings. Five minute walk from the main wall enterance. Clean and comfortable. The only negatives were that it was a bit noisy because of a school opposite the room and from guests in the resteaurant below. Free Wifi excellent. Would stay again. The Taj Mahal resteaurant is located on the ground floor and offers superb Bosnian quisine. Lots of eateries and tourist shops close by. Five minutes to catch most tour collection points. Lots to see and do here.

What a great place to stay. Location in the old walled City was good. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for them. Would highly recommend it and will stay there again next time I'm in Dubrovnik

Nice modern apartment in the middle of old town
The location is in the heart of the old town, really great. Hotel's manger Nick and the owner Edina, all the staffs were friendly and nice to us. We were 3 adults and the room was not so spacious for 3 people if you use the sofa bed but everything was great. It is nice modern design clean apartment but downstairs are restaurant so you can smell food and hear the noise during the day time. but i was ok to us because we were outside during the day time.

Great place and location, in the heart of the old city. A little bit hidden and stairs to climb above the restaurant, but the room and facilities are top notch. Restaurant downstairs is also excellent, although very popular and busy. Staff were really friendly and helpful, carried our luggage both up and down the stairs. Shower was fantastic and we didn’t experience any noise or smell from the restaurant below.

旧市街の中にあって、観光にとても便利でした。 ホテルは、レストランの上にあり、わかりにくいかも。 空港からの送迎サービスをしてもらえるので、頼んでおくことをオススメします。ピレ門でクルマを降りて別のスタッフさんにホテルまで連れてってもらったので迷うことなく着けました。 エレベーターはないので、スーツケースを部屋まであげなくてはいけないという問題もありますが、頼むとスタッフさんがやってくれます。 コスパよく便利でキレイなホテルでした。 次も利用したいと思います。

レストランの上にあるアパートメントタイプのホテル。レストランの中を突き抜けて部屋に案内してもらえます。オーナーはレストランと同じ方で，親切。部屋は広く，おしゃれで，落ち着きます。アメニティも充実。レストランはお客さんが良く入っていました。中心部に位置するので，夜遅くまでにぎやかです。
