The property was really nice and clean. The staff was great. The only things were the hotel did not have anything for visitors to do while they were there. The full board only counted for the buffet and the food was not that great. And the selection of food was very limited. If we had known that full board was only for the buffet. We would have just purchased our food daily from the other restaurants inside the hotel.

Wonderful ! Service excellence !
Overnight on the Palm to finish our honeymoon. From check in to the special surprises they organised for us were just wonderful ! Whilst it’s pretty far around the Palm it’s so peaceful! Highly recommend !!

It was only a day to gain courage to move on to Australia but the stay was super relaxing specially due to the fact that the staff is really 5 stars.

For a stay on The Palm, it was fantastic. Reasonably priced, good facilities with decent beach space and pool access. We paid for a partial beach view but were kindly upgraded to a full beach view which was lovely and meant we could watch the beautiful sunset. The hotel is very clean, great service by the staff and they were super helpful when we needed recommendations. We did have an issue with the shower, in that we couldn't get the hand held showerhead to work but there is an overhead option. Overall, we had a great time! It is a bit far to get into and around the main centre, however if you're looking for a reasonable option on The Palm then this would tick all your boxes.

We liked the staff’s eagerness to help the guests and the beach access. We did not like how limited the gym facility was, we did not like how expensive the drinks were, we did not like the fact that our view was a dirt lot that was littered with trash, and we did not like how crowded the beach and pool area felt during the day.

Absolutely amazing!
I have absolutely no complaints about this property! We were welcomed with drinks at check in and the service was great the entire time. The food was incredible with a ton of food options. I got the chance to even go on a jet ski right from the beach. Views and beach access were incredible. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Everything We Wanted
We went away for a 5 day break and the hotel and staff could not have been better. Exactly as detailed on website and not being as large a hotel as many on the Palm was definitely a major plus for us.

Common areas are good so as staff. Balcony door had issues . Bath room sink dont work. TV did not work . I have to call house keeping for this to repair. Expected them to check before allocating room.

A good choice for the Palm
A very good option on the Palm. Great location steps from the Gulf. Good facilities. A nice restaurant with a very good breakfast. Good concierge staff. Premium room was not premium, just standard. Wifi kept disconnecting. Worth it if price is discounted or with a promotion.

My husband and I stayed 7 days for our babymoon. The staff was so kind and helpful. All the decor was beautiful and updated. We choose the half board option and that helped a lot to minimize spending. I would definitely stay again and recommend to any families or couples.

We had to wait some time for the room but still got it before the scheduled time (we arrived early). Room was very nice, facilities were great, beach was great, almost everything was excellent. Only one issue was the pool bar where the staff were not really on top of which customer was next in the queue and they also had the habit of serving multiple customers at once and missing drinks of peoples order. This for me was a minor inconvenience and something for them to work on. Overall though i highly recommended the hotel.

My overall experience was AMAZING at the Royal Central Hotel The Palm. From the moment we arrived everyone onsite was welcoming. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned (Thank you Nada Raj). This person was so kind and genuine, it was a pleasure seeing him each day. Front desk clerk Anas, Jaz, Hiba and the front desk were all too kind to me. Pool staff, Gregory, Goodwin, and anyone else I missed, Thank you! Great experience and would recommend to anyone to stay at this location.

There is a beautiful view to the hotel Burj All Arab. Hotel is very nice and very clean. Easy access at the Palm. About 15 minutes ride when you enter the palm.

Excellent hotel an amazing surprise, 5 Star hotel with affordable price, special mention to housekeeping Mr.Shankar who when above and beyond to make us feel appreciated and at home. In general 0 complaints will definitely go back.

I've purchased regular room because of the acceptable price and almost immediately received an email suggesting an upgrade to premium room. I decided not to rush on that and responded that I need some time to think. But when I arrived to the hotel they told me that I've "made an upgrade over the phone so I need to pay for the upgrade" which is not true because I've never called this hotel. The sea view is quite good but be prepared to see lots of crows flying around their beach and sitting on your balcony. They do not have any playroom for children open as well as noone who can watch your children. Do not visit their grill place downstairs if you don't want to have issues with your stommmack for few days. Noone wears masks on the beach and third of the people on the hotel premises. There is a construction work going on so be prepared to smell the paint and listen for the noise. And finally in case if their "lab" (located on the first floor and provides tests being made in your room, I suspect that's a scam) finds that you're COVID-positive and reports that to DHA they're going to get rid of you ASAP kicking out you from your room in 20 minutes after the DHA call. I spoke to the DHA representative who told me that I can stay isolated and have at least one night to spend there but then got a call from Reception saying that their manager has decided to urge the process requesting the taxi. He has declined to speak directly to me btw. Worst experience this year.

Thank you for having taken your time to provide us with your valuable feedback relating to your stay with us, Upon check-in you were well informed about all the room categories as you had booked two rooms under different sources with one under you and your wife respectively, as a family we accommodated you with early check-in free of charge with a special discount of room upgrade, during your stay you didn't raise any issue relating food to us and in reference to other comments we strictly follow protocols and guidelines with guest allowed not to aware mask around eatery areas ,having been positive we had to comply with Dubai Health care authority regulations of informing them your status hence they had to arrange a car to pick you and drop you to an isolation centre .

The hotel is very nice, but the staff is awful. They could never be reached when we had questions before the trip. To date, car rental has not returned the 4000 AED deposit, no one is available in this regard. OUTRAGEOUS! We would never choose this hotel again.
