Travelling from Europe, this hotel did not feel like 3 stars at all, If you are travelling from asia then maybe. I felt like I was somewhere in India. My first impression of the rooms was, Bad and clumsy paint job, dirty sink, and bathtub, small room and small bed for 2 adult and one child of 5, no extra bed was offered. Upon complain we did get a bigger room, and a bigger bed, still no extra bed for our son.
Public toilet was filthy.
Breakfast:
Indian breakfast so do not expect continental or english breakfast. I love indian food so I have no complaint, My son who only eats cereal and cornflakes, di have those options as well.
Service:
Staff are polite, nice, friendly and helpful.
Rooms:
Rooms are cleaned every day, and it is safe to leave you thing around. Having said that, the walls and doors thin, meaning you can hear the footsteps out in the hallway, and people in the next room, I could even hear cracking of the bed from the room above. Just to be safe I did put on ear plugs every night, My wife and son without earplugs slept just fine.
Locations:
Hotel is in Old dubai, in a south asian Ghetto, with low paid labour workers. Area is safe and nice to walk around, and very central, If you like india and Indian food this is where you want to be.
Overall:
Overall stay was OK, we only used hotel for sleeping. 99% of the guest are Indian who I felt were very unpolite, rude, noisy and no respect for the queue, hygiene and their surroundings.
