"Installations interressantes avec beaucoup de potentiel. Le probleme majeur reside vraiment dans la propreté profonde des équipements et chambres. Pour un 5 etoiles digne de ce nom. Cependant nous devons souligner l'effort fait par l'établissement afin de nous proposer une chambre dans laquelle un nettoyage plus profond a été réalisé afin de se rapprocher des standards attendus. Encore merci pour cela , c'est très appréciable."

"I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant, caring, and attentive to my needs. Every time I called, they responded and helped right away — for example, when my daughter needed a nurse, one came immediately. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and during my 10-day stay, they changed the sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was good, with everything you need for a varied morning meal. Thank you to Jaisal and Zain for your kindness and warm welcome."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Ranjith, who truly made our stay exceptional. He took great care of us from the moment we arrived, always with a warm smile, kindness, and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. His outstanding service made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued throughout our stay. Ranjith is a real asset to the hotel, and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Dubai."
