Summary: A gorgeous 3-story home just a sort walk to the local park with fishing, basketball, and a playground! This home features parking for up to 2 cars, a private back patio and hot tub, two living rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It's the perfect spot to relax and get away while enjoying everything the Williamstown area has to offer! The Space: Enter into a wide open first floor featuring large windows and a great view. Enjoy a first floor suite with a private bathroom and king bed, and a second king bed suite with private bath upstairs. Take advantage of the full kitchen. living room, and half-bath on the first floor as well as access to the back patio and hot tub! Bedrooms 3 and 4 are in the basement with another full bathroom to share, along with a second living room area and laundry room. Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: King Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom 4: 2 Twins, 2 Full (Bunk Beds) Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
