It is kind of hard to find and I would suggest arriving in the daytime rather than at night. Also if you are elderly or have any difficulties walking the driveway is very steep and it is also a very steep decline to the water. The location was great, minus the hills, that was no joke! The house was nicely stocked with anything that you might need. We reached out to the owner a few times and he was prompt with communications and actually came over to fix a wobbly stair railing. The house needs a good deep clean but overall it was clean, just noticed some smaller things (the floor between the stove and fridge, and the return vent needed a good clean). The beds were comfortable and clean linen. Bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The driveway is a huge hill and scared me! It worked fine for.our family. I would suggest more wash cloths ( had to wash them everyday). And maybe update description to say one full bath downstairs in. Semi finished basement( steps were just wood). Kitchen was stocked somewhat. Could use a few more pots/pans. We only cooked breakfast so we made it work. Dock swimming with water pad was the winner! Beds were comfortable. House was super clean and well organized. The coffee area doesn't work well. Doesn't fit for pouring water and filling coffee into machine. Would have been nice to have spice rack, small bottle of cooking oil, small containers of coffee to get started till you can go grocery shopping. Most places store a box of baggies, foil and plastic wrap. That is hard to travel with and is nice to leave for next guest. I replaced foil and left some coffee for next guests. Left couple fly swatters for flys. Oh yeah thanks for the bug spray. Can't carry on plane. God's blessing on you for sharing your home with us. ##### suzanne l. We were blessed with warm temperatures which allowed us to get in the water and play! Our kids enjoyed using the floating pad, the paddle boards, and the canoe, while we enjoyed the spacious dock to relax on. The fire pit was also a hit! We were able to explore the Ark and Creation Meseum while there as well. Scott is a great host and prompt to answer any questions and needs that we had. Roomy& clean, very comfortable furniture, very comfortable beds (even the single beds for adults slept great!) As nice e as the photos are, the house is even nicer. The dock is large with three sections and a quiet section of the lake. Was in town for a convention nearby so didn't get to relax as much as we would have liked, but left with a wish to come back! Very convenient to restaurants and stores, the ARK museum and Lexington and Cincinnati. Owner very responsive and courteous. Very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor furniture and water stuff, etc. Truly loved our stay! ##### Donna K.
