The kids (15, 12, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! It was definitely worth the extra splurge for the multitude of games! The location was perfect for us and so close to the Ark Encounter. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us to cook all of our meals instead of going out to eat. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at. The sleeping space was plenty for the 5 of us. Autumn was extra helpful and very easy to get in touch with when I couldn't find our check in information. The downstairs play room was definitely a BIG hit! My husband and I brought our 8-yr-old granddaughter plus her parents and 3 siblings to visit the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The house has easy access to both. The host was wonderfully responsive and offered us early check-in, which worked perfectly since we drove from quite a distance. The kitchen was well equipped- and they even provided coffee!! One thing to note: there are no dressers to unpack clothing, just suitcase racks, and lots of hangars for hanging clothes, which worked out okay. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14\. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay. ##### Dana W. The rooms were so cute and well-decorated. The kitchen might be as good or better stocked than my own home. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus for loading and unloading. The game room downstairs added SO MUCH to our stay for my teenagers. And I personally loved getting to relive my glory days of Super Mario domination on their little Nintendo system. Very fun! We also enjoyed a fun evening of playing corn hole in the back yard together. It was a great stay and I would stay there again if I ever went back to the Ark. Great location! Highly recommend. The only slight drawback is that whoever took the pictures for their online description did too good of a job and made the rooms look bigger than they actually are. There is plenty of space, but just know that the pictures make the rooms look a little larger than they are. But we all loved it! ##### Chris C. The proximity is excellent, only a few miles away. Close to the interstate, Wal-Mart and restaurants. In terms of feedback, the front of the house was not included in the listing, and now I know why. There are 5-6 steps leading up to the front of the house and then stairs leading up to the main living area or down to the den. They are, in my opinion, on a steeper incline. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Second, the yard was in need of some attention, grass was high and made outdoor space uncomfortable to use. This is consistent with how all of the other houses in the neighborhood looked as well. The house itself was as advertised, clean and well stocked. Kids room is on the smaller side. Also, check-out instructions are on the wall in the laundry room, which I only happened to notice looking for the light switch. Would have been helpful if those were emailed prior to check-out date.
