The staff was great, the food was good but my room (248) was extremely noisy. On the second floor with a balcony looking directly over the indoor pool, (open from 9:00 to 9:00) the loud sound of kids playing and splashing around in the water was unfortunately tremendously disruptive.

Great spot to stay while on business in Drummondville. Coffee shop serving Starbucks right in the hotel. Excellent restaurant and bar as well. Lots of walkable food options in the area too.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in a hotel room that was so unbelievably clean. Additionally, their food was good and the service impeccable. I would advise anyone in the area to stay there. They were also very reasonable as far as price goes.

All a business traveler needs is there. A bit too much ice on the parking lot, but that's winter in Drummondville.

Room was too hot and no in-room control to change it. Had to make request at front desk It did get a bit better but it took all night. No counter or shelf in commode/shower space to place items and had to leave the space to wash hands at external sink. Not a fan of that design.

On our way to Toronto, it was located 4min from where we had decided to break for the evening on our journey. It was affordable.There was a mature, elegant/fancy, and charming feel. Nice and intimate. Definitely did not feel like a typical chained hotel. The room was small but still okay for my family of 4. I would not stay again with my kids but may if it were just my husband and I. Main issue, as nice as the bathroom was the sink mirror was in the room. Would not be an issue if the room were bigger and the sink/mirror area could be tucked away out of sight around a wall or corner. Also there is no carpeting and the room was cold for me. A couple of rugs would have made the place literally and figuratively warmer. One staff we encountere at check in was nice, she could have explained the elevator's location and distance better and or called for someone to support with carrying luggage upstairs (or just advised us to do that), as it would have been faster... the elevator was that far! Free Parking was onsite. Once we got to our room we then parked at a closer entrance to the elevator, the staff person at check in did tell us where the closest areas to park were located. So check out will be easier at least. There wer lots of restaurants within walking distance to meet different price points and palates - that we appreciated. There was a restaurant on site, which did not provide comp. breakfast but could be purchased for about $20. Corridors were small, place was quiet.

Not really up to par with price or cleanliness , The hotel is aged and very basic , for the price I would of liked to see a better room that was cleaner , the furniture is outdated and very used , the room was hard to find and the staff weren’t quick on returning my room deposit . Next time I’ll pay a little more and stay at the Times instead .
