I always stay in this hotel when in the city, a perfect location and very comfortable and convenient. Staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean. I received an upgrade upon checking in, and in general had a lovely stay. Will always stay here and recommend it highly!

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. All the little extras (champagne at reception, teddy bear on pillow, bottle of wine, gift bag of chocolates) were greatly welcomed. I would definitely stay here again!
