The newly renovated & furnished apartment with a large balcony is located in the heart of Radebeul West. It is located in the popular district "Altkötzschenbroda" and is 500 meters from the Elbe. The apartment offers space for 4 + 1 persons on 60 sqm. They have two bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower. Each room has a TV. The apartment "Falo" offers relaxation and comfort in your holiday. The Elbe Cycle Route and the well-known vineyards of Radebeul are in the immediate vicinity. Shops, cozy restaurants and small shops are also around the corner. Public transport is also nearby and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Come to us and you will feel good.

Ferienwohnung für ältere Personen völlig ungeeignet
Sehr netter Empfang und Einweisung bei der Ankunft. Leider befindet sich in der Ferienwohnung keine einzige gute Sitzgelegenheit. Die Stühle am Küchentresen sind nicht sehr bequem und auch höchstens für junge Leute geeignet. Auch auf der Couch, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist, kann man nicht gut sitzen, die ist höchstens was zum Chillen. Wir sitzen gerne abends noch etwas zusammen, das konnten wir leider in der Wohnung nicht. Wie verzichteten dann auch auf selbst kochen. Vielleicht wäre ein Esstisch mit Stühlen oder einer Eckbank besser für die Wohnung geeignet als die riesige Couch. Es wäre auch schön, wenn am Bett ein kleines Nachtlicht vorhanden wäre. Ansonsten eine nette Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Schade während unseres Urlaubs war genau eine Baustelle vor dem Haus so dass morgens um 6.37Uhr die Nachtruhe vorbei war. Zum nächsten gelegen kostenfreien Parkplatz musste man auch weit zu Fuß gehen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Kötschenbroda bei wunderschönem Wetter sehr genossen. Der Ortsteil von Radebeul hat eine tolle Gastronomie. Für jeden müsste etwas dabei sein.

Urlaub in Radebeul
Die Umgebung von Radebeul war super!! Leider ist die Communication mit der Vermieterin nicht fein. Allererstes war es nicht möglich die Wohnung om 16:00 Uhr zu beziehen, war die Wohnung nicht sauber und werden wir beschuldigt ein Handtuch, ein Waschlappen mit genommen zu haben und eine Türe kaputt gemacht zu haben. Im Nachhinein ist es einfach so etwas zu sagen. Traurig sind wir hierüber und sehr enttäuscht.
