Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig. Der kleine Balkon gehört mal wieder gereinigt vom Taubenkot überzogen ist. Das Bett quietscht und die Matratze ist nicht mehr die beste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber bei Rewe. Parkhaus für 7,50 € am Tag ist super. 20 min mit den öffentlichen in die City ist auch top. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber.

必要十分

2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Parkhaus, Drogerie, Tram- Haltestelle, REWE … Alles ist vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung war bis auf den Balkon sauber. Der Balkon war leider ziemlich stark mit Taubenkot verschmutzt. Wir konnten ihn daher nicht nutzen. Die Balkontür lässt sich sehr schlecht schließen. Das Bett ist unseres Erachtens für 2 Personen zu schmal. Außerdem knarzt es sehr stark, wenn man sich im Bett bewegt. Bei 2 Personen stört das sehr . Es gab nur eine Decke und 1 Handtuch, obwohl für 2 Personen gebucht wurde. Die Wohnung ist pragmatisch eingerichtet. Soweit ist alles da was man braucht, aber alles einfachen Standard. Es fehlt jegliche wohnliche Behaglichkeit. Die Wohnung wirkt sehr nüchtern. Wenigstens ein Bild an der Wand würde hier schon Wunder bewirken. Für eine Nacht, kann man das als Single mal machen. Als Paar insbesondere aufgrund des zu kleinen und auch knarzten Bett nicht zu empfehlen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war ( trotz Kaisermania, Harley Treffen, …) übertrieben.
