Sleep soundly in cozy bedrooms, unwind in the soaking tub, and use the in-home laundry. Stroll to the river, relax by the firepit, and enjoy peaceful views all day. We want to make sure you have the utmost convenience! You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay. Quiet Draper location close to the water and trails. Approximate drive times: Claytor Lake State Park 10 to 15 minutes; Radford University 20 minutes; Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg 30 to 35 minutes; New River Trail State Park access 5 to 7 minutes; Draper Mercantile 5 to 7 minutes; downtown Pulaski 15 to 18 minutes; I-81 Exit 92 about 12 to 15 minutes. All areas of the home and property are open for guests This home offers convenient single-level living. All three bedrooms are on the main floor along with the living area, dining area, and kitchen. Major highways: Convenient access to I-81 via Draper Exit 92 in about 12 to 15 minutes. Other nearby options include Exit 89 for VA-100 in roughly 10 to 12 minutes, and Exit 94 for VA-99 in about 15 to 18 minutes. These exits serve Draper and the New River Trail area, making regional travel simple. No current cameras/smart devices no pets allowed There are 2 trash bins located under the deck. \-Roku will be the streaming option for guests to log into their preferred streaming platform. \-There is a ping pong table and a foosball table in basement area for guest use. \-There is a regular drip coffee maker and a keurig option for coffee. \-There is a gas grill available for guest use. \-Propane (for grill use): 1\.
