Being unfamiliar with the area, I did think that the house was going to be more remote than it actually was, and you can’t really see the river while sitting inside the house. (Both of these things the owner obviously cannot control). We did have some elk come into the yard and saw an otter while playing in the river, which was awesome! Living room furniture needs a deep cleaning for a more fresh smell. Had to purchase a new coffee maker. One in the cabin is not the one pictured in the listing. This place is located in a woody area, but could use an outdoor refreshing, lots of debris on porch. Bathrooms were very clean and smelled very clean upon arrival.
