![Harbour Point Village is a small shopping arcade of 12 shops and 12 market-stalls in an architectural atmosphere of vintage St. Maarten landmarks. "The staff was helpful and friendly. Keisha in the restaurant put a smile on my face everyday. The breakfast was incredible. That was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel on the beach was great. The front desk staff seemed to be involved in everything! They were all knowledgeable and helpful. We were unsure about staying here, as Philipsburg gets very quiet after the cruise ships leave, but after the stay, we couldn’t be any happier with our choice to stay at the Holland House."

"Loved my stay here. Very well-located, staff (Jenina especially) were amazing. She accommodated our late check-in and allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby while waiting for our tour guide to come. She was very nice and welcoming and made our stay in SXM very pleasant. The room had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board and fridge. Would recommend this property for budget travelers. There are good dining options nearby (highly recommend Shieka's next door) and lots of shopping walking distance."
