(1,001 reviews) The woman who checked us in was very brusque and standoffish. She also lied about our room being quiet as it was right on the street across from a restaurant with a loud bar at night. Our room had old AC that just had a knob that said "cool or heat" (not digital) and when we turned it to cool, it made a high-pitched sound. Thus we had to deal with a hot room in order to avoid that unpleasant sound. Otherwise, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the rest of the staff were nice.
