Lovely cottage with a great view.

Perfect place to stay. They have thought of everything including an oyster knife for shucking freshly picked oysters off the rocks. The view was mesmerising. Would definitely come back.

Vishal was a last min cancellation / no show and expected a full refund across 2 cottages which unfortunately is outside of the terms and cancellation policy they agreed too thought their booking agent hotels.com We are sorry would coulnt agree anything with you directly as certainly would have.

Beautifully located opposite the bay. Great facilities including bbq which we needed as the only place open for a meal RSL club was fully booked. We will be back.

We liked the location on the waterfront with a view over the bay. Off street parking was good and secure. We enjoyed walks and bike rides along the shore front. Fully serviced with cooking facilities was great. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Only dislike was the shower taps as they are not identified for hot and cold and one tap turns on in the opposite direction to the other with a loose securing screw made it too difficult to regulate the temperature.

What a lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Honestly I couldn't fault the experience. The fire was set, there was delicious sourdough and butter, and coffee pods not just instant coffee. Quality all round

Thanks for your review and glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay! Set into the hillside does allow for great views- one of our 2 bedroom cottages has been designed to be fully wheelchair accessible so this is the one to request if there are any mobility issues.

The place was really clean, communication and information were excellent even when we made the booking on short notice. however, the internet wasn't working we could use the smart tv for the same reason. connectivity really poor.

It turned out to be an expensive experience as I left behind my Peter Alexander nightshirt behind and I was told they couldn’t find it. I left if behind the bathroom door, it’s not a huge bathroom! Also the coffee mugs do not fit under the coffee machine, the bed is rock hard and the phone outside the reception doesn’t work, and the place had a musty smell when we first walked through the door.

Hi Toni Very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I hope that you did find some joy in the beautiful Far South Tasmania region. If you happen to find your missing shirt in your luggage or somewhere else (as very often happens) it would be great if you could let us know :) It definitely wasn't left behind with us. Our coffee mugs fit perfectly with the coffee machine and provide the option for multi sized coffee shots with our complimentary pods. Generally they are found to be simple to use but thank you for making us aware that more detailed instructions might be necessary for some. We have tested the reception phone to ensure that it is working correctly. It would seem that our property was just not the right fit for you- I hope that your future travels will be more fulfilling.

A really nice stay, amazing views of the lake and
Lovely quite location with an amazing view. The bed so really comfortable and the shower had good flow and plenty of hot water. Check in and check out was a breeze, coffee machine and own BBQ was a bonus also. There are facilities to wash you clothes although we did not use them. Parking was not an issue. I would highly recommend this accommodation

The Beach House has stunning views. Such an easy place to relax and enjoy nature. Lovely wood fire, relaxing outdoor spa, clean and comfortable indoors. Dover is a friendly, quiet town.

Incredible service from the moment we booked. Friendly, welcoming and then surprisingly more than I had anticipated. Sensational views. Comfortable, classy and anything you needed to be self contained. Mightily impressed. And a little mini bar to boot. Wished we could have stayed longer, one night was definitely not enough. This location is stunning. We arrived late however we were able to contact the owners easily who instructed us on how to get keys to enter our cottage. The cottage itself was very clean and well looked after and the location is quiet. It was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and sit on the verandah looking out to the river. We found the golf club had delicious meals and the RSL was walking distance to geab a nice feed also. We will definitely book here again!

the cottage was new, clean, large and warm. had a great view over the lake and close walking distance to the shops. only downfall was very poor water pressure in shower and bath.
