"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

Communication très fluide avec le concierge et indications très précises.En revanche, le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas bon: le logement n’est pas du tout entretenu (beaucoup d’endroits abîmés, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, fissure sur le miroir d’une des chambres, traces de moisissure,…), le ménage n’était pas fait correctement, sans parler des parties communes et de l’insonorisation inexistante, certes pas propres au logement mais qui...

"We had a lovely stay here. As described, the property is very small but it worked for our short break. The outside is private and having an allocated parking space was useful. We found a good bakery and lovely beaches in Duingt. Thank you!"

"Great large property in the centre of the town. We had a lovely stay, the only thing id mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are extremely steep and no lift so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues! Could also benefit from air conditioning."
