"The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever. Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈 "

"No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! "The staff were amazing and made the stay lovely- the spa areas was very relaxing and the room was clean and well furnished. Would certainly stay again!"

The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...
