"We had a great stay this past weekend. The check-in process was easy. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcomed. Everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It’s some of the best sleep that I have had in a long time. Everything was so great that we never needed to contact the host. It’s hard for me to comment on the location because my sister and lived next door for over 20 years, so we have been coming here for over 20 years, just usually stay with my sister, but we had too many people this time. We really appreciated that there were cleaning supplies we could access so we could clean up after ourselves. It was a great stay and can’t wait to go back. "

"It was pretty basic. The lighting is terrible in the bathroom and the rooms have an odor of something in them. Walls are paper thin and staff is scarce. Really just a 3 out of 5 and barely that. "

"Room needs to work. Under the door was a space that small animals could come in places around the room attention for repairs. People were good done the job they needed to do but the rooms need updated. I’ve stayed with y’all four years now this room was the worst. I’ve stayed in."

"Home was clean. Had all the stuff for cooking and eating in. Nice bathrooms. Easily accessible to town and boat ramps. Eat at the Wharf! We came to fish and had a wonderful time! Thanks to Heath! "

"We were 2 retired couples that met at Kyle's house for a fishing trip. We loved the fact that the downstairs was its own private apartment complete with refrigerator and coffee maker. Each couple had the degree of privacy that was comfortable. The view from the porch was great and we loved eating our meals out there. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality pots and pans. We also enjoyed the firepit down by the dock. The water in March was deep enough for my husband to tie his boat up there. Kyle was very kind and responsive. We would definitely return there for another couples fishing trip!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Creekside Cottage on Lake Martin! The property was incredibly clean, very well kept, and everything worked exactly as it should—which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.Kim was an amazing host from start to finish—super friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience.The amenities were a huge highlight for us. We loved being able to use the kayaks, and the fire pit made for some great evenings relaxing by the water. My son, nephew, and their friends had an absolute blast the entire time—it was one of those trips they’ll be talking about for a long time.Another big plus—there are a lot of great restaurants within a 20-minute drive, so you’ve got plenty of options nearby. And even if the weather isn’t perfect, there are board games and a TV with Wi-Fi to keep everyone entertained.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Lake Martin getaway! "
