Great hotel - bad neighbourhood
The hotel and staff is very nice. Unfortunately the neighbourhood is dodgy. Other guests had the windows in their car smashed.

Rooms with no elevator access and stinky room
Once you arrive to the hotel you will notice a whole bunch of stairs, yes you will need to take your bags up those stairs. Checkin was okeish. I was given a room on the 3rd floor… there is NO elevator to go from the 2nd to 3rd floor.. how is this even possible in germany? Once i got into the room, it is super small and smelled so heavily of cigarettes… I decided to check out and go to another hotel.. i did give this feedback to the reception and they offered to change the room, however going up all those stairs with 4 bags i got frustrated.
