Sehr sauberes und großes Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und ohne Wartezeit eingecheckt, obwohl viel los war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und zentral gelegen Das BaseCamp Hotel in Dortmund hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, kreativ und gleichzeitig praktisch. Die Zimmer sind modern, einfach, aber gemütlich gestaltet und bieten ausreichend Platz. Das Konzept als Mischung aus Hotel und Studentenwohnheim ist interessant und sorgt für eine etwas andere, lockere Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist wirklich zentral, sodass man vieles in der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die begrenzte Anzahl an Stellplätzen in der hoteleigenen Garage. Allerdings gibt es direkt auch ein öffentliches Parkhaus, das eine gute Alternative bietet – allerdings zu einem höheren Preis. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Modern, zentral, praktisch und vor allem ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden das BaseCamp auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Leider war die Bar am Ankunftstag wegen Personalmangel geschlossen und beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht. Musste mit ebenfalls wenig Personal aufgegangen werden.

Das Zimmer war solide. Wenn man genauer hingesehen hat, hat man jedoch schnell festgestellt, dass es auch gröbere Verschmutzungen gab. Wirklich gut war die Lage und das eigene vollausgestattete Gym. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war unkompliziert.

kein Zimmerservice bei 6 Übernachtungen - Müll wurde nicht ensorgt, Handtücher nicht gewechselt trotz 2maliger Nachfrage in der Rezeption. Frecher Weise wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass die Zimmer ohnehin nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt werden. Darauf wurde weder bei der Buchung noch beim Check In hingewiesen. Unzumutbar, wenn nichtmal der Müll bei fast 40Grad aus dem Zimmer entsorgt wird.
