Welcome to “Zur schönen Aussicht” – comfort, tranquillity and your own private sauna

Whether you are visiting Dortmund for a weekend with friends, a family break, a football match, a trade fair or a longer business stay, our spacious 90 m² apartment combines a peaceful setting with all the comforts of home.

Enjoy countryside views while keeping Dortmund’s main attractions within easy reach. Arriving by car is refreshingly easy, too: In our experience, free parking on Holthauser Straße or close to the apartment has been easy to find for years.

With four sleeping areas, comfortable beds, a welcoming kitchen and living area, and a private infrared sauna, the apartment is an excellent choice for families, groups, contractors and business travellers.

Your private infrared sauna – unwind whenever you like

After a busy day exploring Dortmund, attending a trade fair or working on site, take time to relax in your very own Kiruna 130 Premium infrared sauna.

Located inside the apartment, the sauna is exclusively for you and your group. There is no shared wellness area and no need to leave the accommodation to enjoy a relaxing break.

Cook, dine and spend time together

The bright, open-plan kitchen and living area is a welcoming space for shared breakfasts, home-cooked meals and relaxing evenings in front of the TV. The windows look out over the surrounding fields.

An added advantage: This room has its own door and can be closed off from the rest of the apartment. It can therefore also serve as a fourth sleeping area, while remaining the apartment’s shared kitchen, dining and living space.

The kitchen is well equipped for short breaks and longer stays, including:

Hob, oven and refrigerator

Dishwasher and microwave

Air fryer, coffee maker and kettle

Toaster, cookware and kitchen utensils

Whether you are cooking dinner together or preparing a quick meal after work, you can easily cater for yourselves.

Four sleeping areas – flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests

The apartment has three separate bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area in the kitchen/living room, which has its own door.

Especially convenient for groups and work teams: The three bedrooms contain eight individual box-spring beds, allowing eight guests to have their own bed without sharing a double bed.

Bedroom 1 – sleeps up to 3

Three single box-spring beds, each measuring 90 × 200 cm.

Bedroom 2 – sleeps up to 3

Two single box-spring beds measuring 120 × 200 cm each, plus one single box-spring bed measuring 90 × 200 cm.

Bedroom 3 – sleeps up to 2

Two single box-spring beds, each measuring 120 × 200 cm.

Sleeping area 4 – kitchen/living room with its own door; sleeps up to 2

One Murphy bed measuring 90 × 200 cm for one guest, plus a sofa bed measuring 160 × 200 cm for one more guest.

The door allows the kitchen/living room to be closed off from the rest of the apartment. However, it is still the shared kitchen, dining and living area – not a fourth separate bedroom.

In total, there are nine beds plus one sofa bed, with a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.

The flexible sleeping arrangements are ideal for families, groups of friends and travelling work teams.

Bathroom and everyday comforts

The bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Please note that there is no separate shower cubicle.

Laundry and ironing facilities are especially useful for longer stays.

Free parking – arrive without the hassle

One of the apartment’s biggest everyday advantages is free public parking on Holthauser Straße, right by the property or nearby. Based on our experience over the past several years, guests have had no difficulty finding a free parking space.

That means you can generally arrive without a lengthy search or additional parking charges – especially convenient for families, groups and guests staying for work. Parking spaces are public and are not individually reserved for the apartment.

Peaceful countryside views, with Dortmund close by

The apartment is in Dortmund-Holthausen, right next to open fields. Large windows, peaceful surroundings and views of the greenery make it a pleasant place to unwind.

Enjoy a walk in the surrounding area or explore Dortmund. The city centre, Signal Iduna Park, Westfalenhallen and the trade fair grounds are all within easy reach.

It is a relaxing base for leisure visitors as well as guests working in Dortmund and the surrounding area.

Guest access

You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the private infrared sauna, throughout your stay.

Access is straightforward via a key lockbox at the building entrance. We will send you the information you need in good time before arrival.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM
