« Our family had a great stay at this property over New Years Eve. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and waterfront. We also enjoyed the coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was clean and as advertised. Only negatives - the bunk bed in the one bedroom isn’t the greatest - very creaky and mattresses are uncomfortable/ could use replacement. It was also much hotter in that bedroom than the rest of the unit. Additionally, it was a bit noisy at night (dumpsters...

« The overall experience at Flat 207 was perfect. The flat was well appointed, clean, and perfectly situated in downtown Saint Michaels. Communication from our host was top notch and there wasn’t one thing that wasn’t as expected. While the weather didn’t cooperate, we weren’t upset to spend more time in front of the very warm fireplace on the comfortable sofa, and were close enough to walk to shopping, food, and drinks without getting too wet. I would highly recommend and am looking forward to...

« Was never able to actually stay here because the owner never provided check-in info. They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient as I was looking for somewhere to stay with my infant daughter after our house was packed up as we're...

« Great location, clean room and plenty of space in the room. Only negative to say is that the separate toilet and shower room is a little tight, but it is nice to have the vanity separate of the shower and toilet. I did have a slight glitch at check in and Jenna was very responsive. I would highly recommend this location. The cost was very fair also. »

« We booked this house for a group of 4 of us. The house could have comfortably held at least another 2 people. My first impression was just of how large it was.. large and CLEAN! The bathrooms, kitchen, porch, towels, bedding, everything was in great condition. My favorite parts of the house were the top deck, the spiral staircase, and the cliffs out back. You could hear the waves from below while relaxing with coffee on the top deck. The number of stars visible at night were breathtaking. I...
