« Le personnels de la réception est vraiment professionnel et à l'écoute, en ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner juste ce qu'il faut " Qualité prix pas en adéquation ", de plus on ne se sent pas bien car ils sont toujours entrain de remettre des assiettes de tourner en rond, vraiment pas agréable de plus il vous expédie sans aucun tact dès que l'heure de depart se précise. Les chambre sont assez spacieuse la sale de bain est très bien aussi. il y a un peu de bruit dû à tous les restaurant et autre...

"Nous étions au 95e étage et la vue est tout simplement grandiose, peu importe si vous êtes côté fleuve ou côté ville. De toute façon vous avez le lounge qui est côté fleuve. Le lounge propose des softs et des petites friandises pour faire un en-cas avec une vue magnifique. Le lit était très grand, tout était propre et confortable. La seule déception est la piscine : petite par rapport à la taille de l hôtel et très commune. Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. Vous ́e regretterez pas le budget dépensé."
