"Breakfast at The Lock was lovely. Our room was very clean and had a great view of the canal. It really close to many places to eat and just next to the station. This is the second time we have stayed here. "

"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "Excellent trip. Staff were all friendly and chatty. A couple of niggles, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be back again and will stay here again to visit our daughter.
