8/10 Good
Great breakfast/bar staff.
The check-in system was down when I checked in, so I was unable to access my room for nearly half an hour.
I found room cleaning to be done every other day, which left me in a bit of a pickle when the shower dispenser ran out on an off day, but I was able to get a bar of soap from Reception to tide me over.

The hotel was clean. The pool was warm. Night staff was cordial. Day staff was very warm and friendly. Was slightly disappointed because i thought my room had a jetted tub. It only had a shower. Make sure you verify with the hotel directly if you want a room with a tub or jacuzzi. Was told that since I booked through a 3rd party, I was not guaranteed a tub. The breakfast was fantastic! Overall, it was a good experience.

This is a lovely hotel. Nicely designed, super comfy beds, clean and comfortable rooms.
The location is in a quiet area, just not convenient for access to shopping. They do have a full restaurant on site and food is really tasty.
