"There is nobody to manage your booking, it's all automatic and door code only. This create difficulties to access and understand how to enter your room. Moreover the bill wasn't at the right amount, I sent message to have a good bill, but no answer since then. I don't really like this kind of full automatic hotel, human worker are usefull, don't delete them !"

"Very good hotel, staff friendly and efficient, hotel accommodation clean and modern, food tasty."

"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. "Besser geht kaum, super nett und tolles Ambiente "

"I can't imagine a better place to stay. Utterly beautiful. Room was massive and comfy. The restaurant was beyond amazing. And the staff was lovely. If you happen to get stranded in a small town in Germany, this is exactly the spot you want to be in."
