Lovely hotel with excellent service

Outstanding 5 star service. Loved the friendly service. The direct link to the shopping centre was convenient given that it was over 45 degrees outside.

Great location for all sight seeing and room was spacious and clean. Good linen/pillows on bed and room serviced daily. Would have loved more tea choice in the room but very minor point. Staff very helpful. Great location attached to the mall for any last minute buys. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing hotel! The staff are absolutely outstanding and nothing is too much trouble. From our first impression of being greeted at the door, to being checked in by the very lovely Sahra, right through to friendly, professional, well presented restaurant, bar and cleaning staff, we knew this was going to be a great holiday - we were made to feel so very special and as a result had the best time!! We highly recommend!

Great hotel at a great location.

Excellent property with large rooms and nice views. Breakfast was amazing with many options available. Staff were always helpful and courteous. Location was also great as it was well connected to the mall.
