Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the spacious 16 m2 terrace or the 8 m2 balcony. A private, free parking space is conveniently located right in front of the house, and with everything within walking distance, you'll rarely need to use a car. In only 60 meters you will reach the town center and the sea! The apartment features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room for an additional guest. It has two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and the other with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. For your comfort, there are two air conditioning units to keep the space cool. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, such as a 4-burner electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. Additional amenities include a vacuum cleaner, iron, and a baby cot available upon request. Please note, the owner does not reside on the premises, ensuring you have complete privacy during your stay.
