An excellent choice if plan to visit Dnipro for any period of time. Communications with the property is prompt and clear. The apart-hotel is clean, large, well equipped and reasonably priced. The view is stunning. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Beautiful Hotel or rather series of small Hotels. Great views and for me it was a great location. You have to risk your life going across the street to park if that is where you choose to park. I have staying in this building 3 times now and do not consider going anywhere else.

Take time to find hotel more then one1 hour, Hotel condition was terrible. I didn't see hotel maid in two days when I stay there.Place in the danger zone.

Probably the best apartment I have had in Ukraine!

Ok, the staff at the Apartment doesn't speak much English. The staff you are renting from does but is in another office down the street about 5 mins by taxi. Very friendly and accomodating once I arrived about thirty minutes later and showed me into the apartment. The Apartment was amazing...It is high enough and the balcony was very large so you could see a good part of the city and the river. The apartment was very nice and clean and the bed slept well too. I was amazed it was really quiet!!! It's a drive from the Airport so count on spending around 120 to 140 Hrivna for the ride. But, for the city center you are perfectly situated. Only problem I found with the entire apartment was the shower head was broken so showering was an adventure. I am sure after I left it was repaired.

Great little apartment

Although the apartment I stayed in isn't shown in the pictures it's was a very good apartment. My apartment was well decorated with a modern retro feel. All rooms were very clean with all you could need in a self contained apartment. Shower room was very spacious, the only down side was the multi function shower rain head didnt work but still had a secondary shower head which worked fine. The bedroom was spacious with a great comfy big bed, built in wardrobe, draw units and tv. Living room had nice big comfy sofa, dining table and chairs, big tv with lots of channels (all Russian/Ukrainian language), big windows with a view over the city although from the 3rd floor the view wasn't that spectacular. Kitchen was well equipped with electric hob, fridge, cutlery/utensils, pots pans plates glasses etc although there is only a microwave and no oven. There was free wifi which worked 80% of the time with good download speeds. With the shopping centre under the apartment building inc supermarket it's is very convienient for all supplies. And within a few minutes walking distance from the heart of the great city of dnepropetrovsk. The river dnipr is also only about 100 metres from the front doors with great sunset views and pleasant walks. All in all a great choice for a place to stay in dnepropetrovsk. Oh but don't expect the staff to understand very well if you only speak English. I would definitely stay there again

Good location

The location of this hotel in Dnepropetrovsk is ideal. With a bowling alley, skating rink and a shopping mall downstairs, all the conveniences needed are right there. The internet is not ideal but at least it is dependable.

The apartment was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. After I made a mistake with my travel plans the staff was very understanding and accomodating. Also the condition of the room was outstanding, better than I had expected. I would highly recommend a stay at this apartment...
