"Property is just up the hilly road from the Petra visitor center which you can see from the location. Perfect stay if you have a car because there is parking and driving down to Petra visitor center / restaurant strip is a 1min drive. No need to even GPS it. The rooms were okay. The owner lives onsite and is very welcoming and accommodating. Would stay here again for the price! "

"The biggest reasons for my poor review were that they did not ever clean the room while we were there, despite being asked and that much of what was promised online (rooftop, lobby lounge, satellite tv) were not actually provided. "Our stay at Petra Heart Hotel has been amazing! The room is clean, comfortable and updated. The beds are super comfortable. It is close to many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel comes with free breakfast which were all tasty. Most of all, it’s within 5 minute drive to Petra Visitor Center. The hotel Manager, Narati, has been very helpful who gave useful tips visiting Petra as well as restaurants recommendations. He’s very friendly and always willing to help to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is an excellent value for your money! "
