Reception(Maher Klaibi) ruin our staying
Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi. I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way. I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid. He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. ( generally it takes 30 min everywhere in the world, I never had an issue with last minute booking). When I told him that I will speak with customer service about paying twice and denied check in, he changed behavior and start to be nice and gentle. When the agent contacted him to clarify the situation, he been really kind to me and start to fake smile and acting as a different person. I never been discriminated in my life but here. That's a shame, the hotel wasn't bad. Exept him, everyone nice. I still don't understand the misbehaving of Mr Klaibi to us.

If you're booking through Expedia they will ask you to pay in cash after they already checked you in. I had to pay my extended stay in cash and cancel the rest of my stay and leave.

The hotel was following protocol for covid-19 restrictions and as a result cleaning etc. was very good. Staff were helpful, the selection of food and its quality was excellent. Health and safety was inforced with most customers complying with regulations. All in all this was a very good short break of 4 nights.

Big property, well managed.
Incredible value for money. Outstanding service by front desk, arranging for meal and taxis with very good communication. Huge buffet of foods. Restaurant service was mixed. Bed and especially pillows were uncomfortable. Really my only complaint, though some carpeting in hallway would help with noise. Would stay again and for longer.

You will not be disappointed - an excellent hotel
A truly excellent hotel. We came for a night and stayed for a week. Fantastic indoor pool, large rooms with wifi and satellite TV (BBC World service and mainland French channels), wide variety of buffet foods at breakfast and dinner, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely the best hotel we have stayed in in Turisia

A truly excellent hotel
An excellent hotel at a fantastic price for demi pension. Certainly the best hotel we have stayed at in Tunisia. Great indoor pool and excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner. We cannot rate it too highly.

Sentido Jerba Beach
Top notch hotel in Jerba. Sentido never disappoints in Tunisia. My thoughts. The good: 1. Location is very good. Hotel is right at the beach. 1 minute walk to pool and 2 minutes to the beach from the furthest room. Very hard to beat. 2. Hotel shoes some signs of age, but is very well kept and maintained. Room service was good but unpredictable. 3. Food is generally good 4. Entertainment was excellent and packed, with the team constantly busy working very hard to go above and beyond customer expectations. Special thanks to Foufa (safa), Sousou, Chouchou and the boys of course. 5. Checkin was a breeze, despite our late arrival. Special thanks to Douraid at the reception and his supervisor who were very accommodating in getting us great rooms with extra space. They even accommodated our special request for late checkout. Mariem provided tips on the neighborhood and background on the hotel. Areas of improvements: 1. As jelly fish are sprawling all over the Mediterranean basin (not just Tunisia) due to man caused environmental imbalance, i recommend to the hotel to install nets around the swimming areas so people don't get hurt. The type of medusa that i explored personally are extrememtly dangerous. For my stay, jelly fish were far out, and did not venture too close to the swimming area so no issues, but watch out.

Dead rundown hotel
Very disappointed, I don't understand how can you sale this hotel as 4 stars while they don't even have lift and you have to carry your bags upstairs. To use the safe box in the room you have to pay daily charges and you sale it as part of the deal, there is no indoor pool, rooms are not clean, there is nothing called room service, it is a dead hotel all in all

Très bon séjour, personnel au petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Pour les prochains touristes de Djerba si vous allez à Houmt Souk, évitez le moulin des délices dans le souk, se sont des arnaqueurs ils nous ont fait payer 3 fois le prix des épices qu'en France. ils ne vous donnent aucuns prix et à la caisse c'est la douloureuse. Ils vous mettent la pression. Ils ne représentent pas les Tunisiens qui sont pour la plus part bienveillants. La Tunisie est très belle.

Sentido Djerba Beach januar 2024
Brukte Sentido Djerba Beach som base for å utforske andre deler av Tunisia. Så vi overnattet kun tre netter der, men standarden er veldig bra. Og skulle gjerne vært der litt lengre. God mat, hjelpsom betjening og godt renhold. Likte også at det gikk an å gå rett ut fra restauranten og ut på stranda. Var også veldig rolig på hotellet, men det kan være at januar var utenfor sesong.

Agréable mais des installations par forcément disponible. Par exemple la piscine de l’hôtel a été prise par un club de natation local. Les repas étaient de moyenne qualité notamment sur les desserts. Pas de bonne communication notamment sur les repas à thème, au final nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car personne nous l’a dit sauf en partant. Les alentours sont très sale avec beaucoup de plastique sur les plages.

Un beau séjour mais décevant par quelques services
L’hôtel a pris un coup de vieux en quelques années, celui ci manque d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Nous avons été déçu de voir que nous étions placés dans le bâtiment annexe alors que le bâtiment principal n’était même pas plein Nous avons eu une coupure d’eau chaude, pas d’eau chaude durant 4ans, l’hôtel nous indique de patienter encore et encore mais ne propose pas d’autre solution malgré le bâtiment principal non plein (changement de chambre par ex ou ouverture d’une chambre le temps d’une douche) Au niveau de la nourriture, le standing a également baissé, les desserts pourraient contenir des pâtisseries orientales ou des yaourts. Heureusement, l’extérieur est magnifique et très bien mis en valeur
