Unacceptable behavour!

The cleaner came into our room in the morning! she just opened the door! even tho we had do not disturb plate, but she removed it and said it was nothing on the door. When i checked in the women was too slow, she didnt take us seriously, she was just talking to everyone else while saying one/ two words to us, not professional. The swiming pool was nice and the people who work there are very nice

A fuir!!!!

Une expérience atroce. Un hotel qui compte 4 étoiles, mais qui n'en a absolument pas l'etoffe. Je suis trsè déçue de cette expérience! C'est la première fois que je réserve un hôtel en passant par votre plateforme et ce sera certainement la dernière! J'ai tenté à mon arrivée de contacter vos services pour vous faire part de la situation malgré des difficultés à accéder à internet car manque de réseau, mais malheureusement le conseiller avec lequel j'ai échangé en ligne n'a pas su prendre en considération le problème. J'étais accompagnée de ma mère qui venait de se faire opérer du pied et je peux vous assurer que le manque d'hygiène sur place nous causaient des angoisses, de peur que sa plaie s'infecte à cause des draps sales qui sentaient la transpiration et le moisi! Sans compter les toilettes sales, les traces d'excréments sur les mur, les cafards de toutes tailles et toutes sortes, des vieux matelas avec un énorme creux au centre et des vieux coussins qui m'ont value un torticolis... Il a fallu que j'aille me faire masser pour essayer d'atténuer les douleurs... C'est la première fois de ma vie que je prends le temps de rédiger une réclamation car je n'ai jamais connu d'hôtel aussi catastrophique! J'ai réserver en all inclusive pour limiter mes dépenses à l'extérieur, et durant les 2 semaines, j'ai dû manger chaque jour dehors! Car on nous servait de la nourriture fade sans saveur, sans viande, nous avions le droit aux partis immangeable du poulet! C'est un scandale!

Her şey web sitesindeki fotoğraflardan farklıydı. Oda yataktan çarşaflara ve havlulara kadar çok kirliydi. Sürekli elektrik kesintileri oluyordu. Buzdolabı gerektiren insülinim vardı ama maalesef kimse yoktu. Odada çok yoğun bir koku vardı. Geceyi bitiremedim. Uyuyamadım, ertesi sabah kahvaltı bile yapamadım. Restorana bile giremedim. Taburcu evraklarını hazırladım.

L’accueil est horrible, le personnel est très désagréable. Notre chambre était sale, de plus la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune pièce de l’hôtel n’est climatisée. Le coin thalasso & spa est fermé depuis longtemps.

arnaque totale

hôtel vide et délabré, chambres et salle de bains sales et moisies, terrasses des chambres sales avec des plastiques qui trainent à perte de vue, musique à fond, infrastructures fermées (piscine intérieure) et/ou ouvertes sur demande, accès à la plage fermé ( ouvert sur demande ), plage sale ( plastiques, déchets...) transats cassés, matelas sales. Quant au ' all inclusive', très restrictif puisque petit-déjeuner de 8h30 à 9h30, déjeuner de 13h à 14h et diner de 19h30 à 20h30......peu ou pas de personnel, qui ceci dit en passant, étaient plutôt enclin à faire avec le peu de moyens qu'ils avaient.

Not clean hotel

Good place of the hotel but it not clean and the staff is not calified. Example: I paid my stay directly in the desk of the hotel and they wont To give me the invoice !!!!! I will never return there.
